Privacy Policy
Yue remembers things. That's the point of her, so here's exactly what she keeps. I run her as an independent developer and decide what data she handles, which makes me ("Drakket") the controller under the GDPR. You can reach me at eimmake@dev-dra.de. I don't sell data, show ads, or track you on this site.
What Yue keeps
Yue can read messages in channels she has access to. Most are only glanced at to catch mentions and commands. Beyond that, what she keeps depends on which features a server has turned on. Everything is linked to your Discord IDs.

Why I'm allowed to process this
Mostly legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): running Yue's features for the communities she's in, moderation and security. You can object to this at any time. For things you give her voluntarily, like a birthday or something you ask her to remember, it's your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw whenever you like. Dashboard login is needed to provide the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who else sees it
Discord sees everything you post there. Beyond that, text or media leaves my server only when a feature needs it:

These providers handle data under their own policies, which I don't control. Google, Groq, Brave and some others are based outside the EU, mainly in the US; those transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification. Don't post passwords, payment details or other secrets where she can read them. I may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Pages for server members
The relationship map, insights and chronicle pages need a Discord login and only open for servers you're in. Every member of a server can see them, not just staff:
- Relationship map: members' display names and how they interact, with AI-written labels.
- Insights: most active members, recent lore, active receipts (with the promise and who made it), server memories, and each member's recent average mood.
Don't want to appear there? Ask and I'll remove you.
Dashboard login
Signing in uses Discord OAuth (identify and
guilds). I keep your ID, username, avatar, the servers you
share with Yue and which of them you manage, in a session cookie that
lasts up to 24 hours. It's set when you sign in (or get sent to sign in
from a link), and it's strictly necessary, so there's no cookie banner.
The Discord access token is used once and not stored. There are no
analytics or ad cookies. Fonts are hosted here; the only third party the
pages load from is Discord's CDN, for avatars and server icons.
Your choices
- Ask Yue to forget something about you, in any server she's in.
- Ask me for access to your data, a correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, or object to how it's used (memories, mood scores, interactions, receipts, birthdays, League data). Tell me which servers you're in. I'll reply within one month.
- Complain to a data protection authority, for example in the country where you live or where I live.
- Server admins can limit which channels use AI features, turn off unprompted posting, and delete lore and warnings on the dashboard.
Deleting a Discord message doesn't delete what Yue derived from it, and if she's removed from a server, that server's data isn't wiped automatically. Ask and I'll clear it.
Security and age
Credentials are kept out of the code, the database sits on my own server, and dashboard actions are limited by Discord permissions. It's a small project though, so treat Yue like any chat participant and don't tell her things that would hurt you if they leaked. Yue is meant for people who meet Discord's minimum age (13 in most places).
